Ingredients: Raw Jumbo Shrimp,Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Ollive Oil, Kitchup,Mustard, Red Unions,Sweet Pepper, and Salt.

Directions: Boil water in a deep pot , add clean shrimp in there for 2 mins , cover pot so shrimp is cooked but still soft. Strain shrimp, season to taste , and add the mix of all the ingredients together with shrimp

Ingredients:
1 1/4 tsp Ginger, Baking & Spices,1 tsp Baking powder,1 tsp Baking soda, 3/4 cup Brown sugar,1/2 tsp Cinnamon,1 lb Flour
1 tsp Nutmeg,1 tbsp Vanilla
Dairy : 3 tbsp Butter,1/2 cup Milk
Other: 1 cup Of gros sirop (dark sugarcane syrup – molasses might work as a substitute) ½ tsp clove (optional)

Add in cake pan 350' for 35 min

5-7 pieces of smoked herring, desalted, deboned and finely shredded1 garlic clove, slice or crushed1 hot pepper sliced 3-4 ways¼ cup olive oilJuice of half a lime⅛ cup onions, diced⅛ cup red bell peppers⅛ cup green bell peppers⅛ yellow or orange bell peppers
